Shipping & Delivery Policy

As of now we do not provide shipping directly to the buyers. Buyer will see an option on the checkout on how they want to proceed with the purchase. Buyers will see two options as delivery method. 1) Pickup (This method ensures that buyer will pickup the stuff within 1-4 days of placing the order). 2) Drop-Off (This method ensures that seller will drop off the product to buyer in 1-4 days). It is seller/buyer responsibility to communicate in the chat feature provided for the transaction to be smooth. So far, we have not partnered with any courier company for delivery and it could be a possibility for our future goal. This platform enable only local buying of products, although if it is a service or event then this scenario could be open for a domestic or even international transaction based on sellers posting preference. For local product buyers/sellers, if product doesn't get delivered via any of the the above mentioned method, then the order gets auto cancelled and buyer receives their payment back to the origin account. KARMIFY INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any delay in delivery by the seller or buyer and only guarantees to provide the feature to select the delivery method at the checkout/during product posting and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the decided address provided by the buyer and seller, and the product handover would be based on a secure OTP only.
